Demonstrating change and learning what works
Good services are built on evidence-based practice. Outcomes data can hold the key to learning what works and demonstrating success to funders. But that key can be buried in a mountain of data – especially when it has to be collected in different formats for different stakeholders.
We We can help you analyse your data to find out:-
- The main needs of your clients
- Your main achievements
- Which projects or approaches have been particularly successful
- Which clients tend to make the greatest improvements
- Any areas that have been disappointing
- How to report outcomes in ways that are most relevant to your funder's
We design regular reports for managers and their staff to keep track of what they are achieving. We also carry out in-depth analyses.
“I found it really helpful and will definitely use it to instigate service improvements
Clare Tuffin, Service Improvement Manager, Broadway
Major homelessness agencies St Mungos and Broadway asked Triangle to analyse their outcomes data to identify which clients were benefiting most from services – and where there was less or no change. The results confirmed manager’s perceptions and provided valuable learning and evidence of the need for services and move-on. For example, analysis for St. Mungo’s demonstrated that:-
- Women do much better in single sex environments
- Many clients went downhill after a year in hostels without substantial in-house activities
- Specialist workers for Portuguese clients made a dramatic impact on client outcomes
