Kate Graham
Kate is an Associate with Triangle Consulting. She started her professional career teaching in Africa, then qualified as a Chartered Accountant before becoming a successful fundraiser for WaterAid and for CRDA in Ethiopia.
She was Director of Action Health, and started her consultancy career alongside completing an Msc in International Policy Studies.
Since then Kate has advised a number of major grant making trusts on developing and evaluating International Development programmes.
With Triangle partners she co-created the Outcomes Star, and has worked with a range of groups, including the Ethical Property Company, Groundwork (developing the Climate Change Thermometer) and NCVO (developing the Workforce Wheel).
Kate is a qualified NLP trainer and master practitioner and recently published a guide to NLP Mentoring for Oxfordshire Schools.
She is a Trustee of the student campaigning organisation People & Planet.
