Homelessness
Triangle has played the leading role in the delivery of the London Housing Foundation’s Impact through Outcomes Programme.
As part of this programme we have:
- Helped Thames Reach, Broadway, Single Homeless Project, St Mungo's, Look Ahead, Centrepoint and a number of smaller service providers to measure their outcomes or improve their existing approaches
- Created the Outcomes Star – widely regarded as the leading outcomes tool in the homelessness field
- Created The Employability Map, a tool for measuring the outcomes of training and employment projects for Off the Streets and into Work (OSW)
- Developed a wide range of resources including guides to outcomes and outcomes tools, discussion papers and policy papers, available free of charge on www.homelessoutcomes.org.uk
- Supported Communities and Local Government (CLG) and local authorities in taking an outcomes approach to the Supporting People programme
- Written a guide for homelessness agencies on the New Performance Framework for local government and the implications for service providers.
