We are very proud to announce that the Impact through Outcomes programme, which has been delivered by Triangle Consulting for the London Housing Foundation, was highly commended in the Social Care, Welfare and Religion category at the Charity Awards this year.

The programme has been a significant part of Triangle's work for the last five years and has featured the development of the Outcomes Star and work with Communities and Local Government to develop a national outcomes framework for Supporting People.
