The Recovery Star - a new mental health version of the Outcomes Star that was devised and written by Triangle Consulting - was published by the Mental Health Providers Forum in May 2008. 

This Star features two new internally focused scales and a clearer presentation of the Journey of Change which underpins all of the scales. It is already proving very popular in the mental health field and can be downloaded from www.mhpf.org.uk.
