Triangle has substantial experience and expertise in working with grant-makers. We have:

• Written the BIG Lottery’s guidance on outcomes  “Explaining the difference your project makes: A BIG guide to using an outcomes approach”
• Provided training on outcomes for the BIG Lottery Scotland
• Delivered the London Housing Foundation’s Impact through Outcomes Programme including training, consultancy, research and policy work since 2001
• Provided training to grant-makers through the Association of Charitable Foundations since 2003

In addition, Kate has widespread experience of grant-making, both as a grant-maker with WFD and as policy advisor to the PPP Foundation's International Programme where she assisted in its design, development and evaluation over five years.

We have a range of resources for training and consultancy with grant-makers covering topics such as outcomes funding, evidence based practice, measuring grant-maker outcomes and supporting an outcomes approach within grant-recipients. We have recently developed a new, advanced course for grant-makers on outcomes and managing change processes.
