“This was a success beyond our wildest dreams – thank you so much”
A Sister of the Holy Cross
As individuals all three Triangle partners see their spiritual journey as central to their lives. As a partnership we also include our spirituality in the way in which we work together. For this reason we have a particular interest in the role of spirituality in organisations and working with faith groups.
In 2005, Joy MacKeith took part in the International Conference on Organisational Spirituality. Joy has worked with the Diocese of Guildford on issues relating to management structure.
In 2007, Sara Burns published “A Path for Parents” a book about spiritual growth in the context of parenthood. She also worked from 1990 to 1996 in the Latin American department of the development charity Christian Aid and in evaluation of their campaigns, education and fundraising for a further five years.
Kate has worked with both the Claretian Missionaries and the Sisters of the Holy Cross in critical decision making in how to use, sell or develop major assets and find a new life and ways forward in difficult situations.
