Outcomes Star IT system launched β and itβs free!
The Outcomes Star System provides an interactive online method of recording Outcomes Star charts and enables agencies to capture, store and access Star Chart reports across a project, service area or a whole organisation. "Highly commended" by the Charity Awards 2008
We are very proud to announce that the Impact through Outcomes programme, which has been delivered by Triangle Consulting for the London Housing Foundation, was highly commended in the Social Care, Welfare and Religion category at the Charity Awards this year.
The programme has been a significant part of Triangle's work for the last five years and has featured the development of the Outcomes Star and work with Communities and Local Government to develop a national outcomes framework for Supporting People.
Recovery Star published
The Recovery Star - a new mental health version of the Outcomes Star that was devised and written by Triangle Consulting - was published by the Mental Health Providers Forum in May 2008.
This Star features two new internally focused scales and a clearer presentation of the Journey of Change which underpins all of the scales. It is already proving very popular in the mental health field and can be downloaded from www.mhpf.org.uk.
